Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SeedifAI mobile application or visiting our website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SeedifAI provides AI-powered agricultural advisory tools, crop disease diagnosis, market price information, and a farmer-to-farmer marketplace. The Service is intended for use by farmers, agricultural extension officers, and agribusiness operators in Ghana and West Africa.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

SeedifAI offers a free Basic plan and paid subscription tiers (Standard, Premium, Business). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Paystack. Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings on the website; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of your first payment, contact us at support@seedifai.com for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are prorated based on unused subscription time.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use automated tools to access the Service. SeedifAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI Advisory Disclaimer

The AI advisory content provided by SeedifAI is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional agricultural, financial, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified agricultural extension officer or agronomist before making significant farm management decisions. SeedifAI is not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated recommendations.

7. Marketplace

The SeedifAI Marketplace connects buyers and sellers of agricultural products. SeedifAI is not a party to any transaction between users and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Users are solely responsible for their marketplace listings and transactions.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings on the Marketplace
• Use the Service to harass or harm other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription enforcement
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under Ghanaian law

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding associated with SeedifAI are owned by or licensed to SeedifAI and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeedifAI's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SeedifAI in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
