What is SeedifAI?
SeedifAI is an AI-powered agricultural advisory platform built for farmers in Ghana and West Africa. It provides real-time crop advice, disease diagnosis from photos, market prices, and access to farm financing — all in one mobile app.
How do I download the app?
The SeedifAI mobile app is available on Android and iOS. Search for "SeedifAI" on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, or download it directly from our website.
Is SeedifAI free to use?
Yes — the Basic plan is free and gives you access to AI chat, weather updates, and limited diagnoses each month. Paid plans (Standard, Premium, Business) unlock higher usage limits, priority support, and advanced features.
AI Advisory
How accurate is the AI advice?
Our AI uses Google Gemini combined with live data about your registered crops, local weather, and market prices to give contextual advice. It is designed to be a helpful starting point — always verify critical decisions with a local agronomist.
What languages does the AI support?
The AI currently responds in English. Support for Twi, Ga, and Ewe is on our roadmap. You can type your question in any language and the AI will try to understand it.
How many AI messages can I send per month?
Basic: 30 messages/month. Standard: 200/month. Premium: 500/month. Business: unlimited. Diagnosis requests are counted separately.
Crop Diagnosis
How does photo diagnosis work?
Take or upload a clear photo of the affected crop area. Our AI analyses the image and returns a diagnosis with the likely disease or pest, severity level, and recommended treatment. You can view your full diagnosis history in the app.
What crops can be diagnosed?
The diagnosis model covers the most common crops in Ghana including maize, cocoa, cassava, yam, tomato, pepper, plantain, and more. Coverage expands with each update.
Marketplace
How do I list a product for sale?
Tap the + button in the Marketplace tab, fill in your crop details, set a price, and add photos. Your listing goes live immediately and buyers can contact you through the app.
Does SeedifAI take a commission?
No commission is charged on marketplace transactions. SeedifAI connects buyers and sellers but is not a party to the transaction. Payment is arranged directly between the two parties.
Subscriptions & Billing
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings → Subscription in the app and select your desired plan. Payments are processed securely via Paystack using mobile money or card.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. You keep access until the end of your paid billing period and will not be charged again.
Do you offer a refund?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Contact support@seedifai.com within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.
